Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

30-Day Returns

  • You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

  • Items must be clean, and undamaged.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email [support@murphyultralight.com] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll reply with a return label (if applicable).

  3. Ship the item within 14 days of receiving the RMA.

Fees

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item), we cover shipping.

  • For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is deducted from refund.

Exchanges

Want a different size/color/model? Start a return as above and place a new order, or ask us to issue store credit and we’ll help swap it.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or dirty tents, damaged as a result of user error or normal wear and tear.  Ultralight materials like DCF and carbon fiber poles can show signs of damage or wear if not cared for properly.

Refund Timing

  • We process refunds within 3–5 business days of receipt and inspection. Banks may take 3–7 additional days to post.

Warranty Issues

  • We stand behind our gear. If you believe a product has a manufacturing defect, email [support@murphyultralight.com] with photos; we’ll repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. This warranty doesn’t cover misuse, accidents, or normal wear.
